The cradle of Rishtan school of modern ceramic art is Rishtan town which was entirely potters’ village in the end of XIX and the beginning of XX centuries. Archaeological digs in Uzbekistan gave plenty of ancient and medieval ceramics samples, amazing with their deluxe quality. Today Rishtan became the modern center of high-quality chinaware production.

Value of china is determined by four factors: material, form, decor and browning. “Ceramics” – is a general name of all baked clay articles. This word is translated so. Ceramics divides into many kinds, among them china is at the first place.

Chinaware of LLC “SIMAX F+Z” meets all technological requirements specified to production of European china of the highest quality. All raw materials used for china production is supplied by such factories: LLC “PROSKO-RESOURSY”(Ukraine), CTJSC “VESKO” (Ukraine), OJSC “Proletariy GOK” (Tadjikistan), feldspar and dolomite are from Uzbekistan.

Raw materials pass compulsory laboratory research in the lab of LLC “SIMAX F+Z” to check their conformity to quality and hygiene standards. After that through complex technological process on ultramodern equipment raw materials pass the following stages:

• preparation of ceramic mass and glaze
• forming and molding of ceramic ware
• first and seconds stage of bake (drying)
• bisquit firing
• magenta
• coloring with glaze paint
• glazing
• burning at 1350o C to 1400 C.

As a result of this you got exquisite, beautiful, high-quality articles.

It should be particularly noted that except chinaware produced at high-technology mechanized equipment, LLC “SIMAX F+Z” produces handicrafts, each of them brightened with love and masterhood of Rishtan potters.
